Humanoid robots

Ameca

United Kingdom

Ameca is built for facial expression rather than work: 27 of its 61 degrees of freedom are in the head alone. The commercially sold version is a torso bolted to a fixed 600 mm pedestal, with no functional legs and no battery, running on mains power; a walking bipedal prototype was shown at ICRA 2025 but is not sold.
