Incubated by carmaker Chery in January 2025 and presented by the group as its third growth curve, alongside smart mobility and intelligent manufacturing. Deliveries went from 300 humanoids plus 1,000 robot dogs across 30+ countries at end-2025 to 2,000 cumulative overseas deliveries across 60+ countries by 30 July 2026. No external funding round is disclosed: the unit is financed inside the Chery group, so funding totals are left null.

EMEA relevanceAiMOGA is the reason CE certification became a competitive weapon in humanoids. In September 2025 its Mornine robot passed CE-MD, CE-RED and EN 18031-1/-2 with TÜV Rheinland, the first humanoid certified on both hardware and software under the EU framework, which authorises sale, deployment and servicing across EU member states before most European makers had cleared the same bar. Deployments already run in the UAE and South Africa.
